Full Circle Scholars

Full Circle Scholars is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students through mentorship, leadership development, and educational opportunities that support academic and personal success. As the organization's Communications & Marketing Manager, I lead the planning and execution of strategic communications and digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engage the community, and support student recruitment.

My responsibilities include developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating multimedia content, writing promotional and executive communications, overseeing paid advertising through Meta Ads Manager, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. I collaborate closely with organizational leadership, mentors, volunteers, and community stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and strengthen public engagement.

Through data-driven marketing strategies and compelling storytelling, I have helped expand the organization's digital presence, increase audience engagement, and support key initiatives including the nonprofit launch, student application campaigns, mentor recruitment, and information session promotions.
